The Build Sheet (buildsheetpro.store) sells digital products only — templates, kits, and workbooks delivered electronically. Because these are digital goods delivered instantly upon purchase, our refund policy differs from a typical physical-goods store.
General Policy: All Sales Are Final
Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, we are unable to offer a refund, exchange, or store credit. This is because the product cannot be "returned" once delivered — unlike a physical item, digital files can be copied and retained even after a refund is issued.
Exceptions — When We Will Issue a Refund
We will provide a full refund or replacement in the following situations:
- Non-delivery: You completed payment but never received a working download link or access to your files within 24 hours of purchase.
- Defective or corrupted files: The file you received is corrupted, incomplete, or does not match what was described in the listing.
- Duplicate purchase: You accidentally purchased the same product twice in error.
How to Request a Refund
If you believe your situation qualifies under one of the exceptions above, contact us at humphreytaxsvc@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase. Please include your order number and a description of the issue. We will respond within 2 business days and, if approved, process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
