These Terms of Service govern your use of The Build Sheet
(buildsheetpro.store) and your purchase of any products from our
store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Products

The Build Sheet sells digital products only, including Notion
templates, editable document templates, and PDF workbooks. No
physical items are shipped. All products are delivered electronically
following completed payment.

2. License & Usage Rights

When you purchase a product from The Build Sheet, you receive a
personal, non-transferable license to use that product for your own
business or personal purposes. Unless otherwise stated in a specific
listing, you may NOT:

— Resell, redistribute, or share the product files or template links
  with others
— Repackage or claim the product as your own work for resale
— Upload the product to a public template marketplace, free resource
  library, or file-sharing site
— Use the product to create a directly competing product for sale

You MAY use purchased templates and systems in your own client work,
business operations, or personal projects.

3. Payment

All prices are listed in USD. Payment is processed securely at
checkout. Orders are not fulfilled until payment is confirmed.

4. Delivery

Digital products are delivered instantly after successful payment,
typically via an emailed download link or access link. If you do not
receive your product, see our Refund Policy for next steps.

5. Refunds

All sales are final, with limited exceptions. See our full Refund
Policy for details.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and materials in our products remain the
intellectual property of The Build Sheet unless explicitly stated
otherwise. Purchasing a product grants you a license to use it under
these terms — it does not transfer ownership of the underlying
design or content.

7. Account & Communication

If you sign up for our email list, you may unsubscribe at any time
using the link in any email. We do not sell or share your personal
information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our products are provided "as is." While we take care to ensure
accuracy and quality, we make no guarantees about specific business
outcomes, income, or results from using our templates, systems, or
courses. The Build Sheet is not liable for any indirect, incidental,
or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued
use of our store after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of
the revised terms.
